This community also includes several parks and a network of hiking trails. The Palisades Park covers 117 acres and includes baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a hockey rink. Many sporting events are held at this park throughout the year. Palisades Park also encompasses several dog parks and children’s play areas.

One of the most action packed sections of Pacific Palisades is The Village. This area is the site of a weekly farmers’ market, a number of restaurants and cafes, banks and other centers of commerce, and a unique collection of shops and boutiques.

The North Village includes the Alphabet Streets, a series of streets that are each named with a corresponding, consecutive letter. The single-family homes in this neighborhood are walking distance from the shops and restaurants in The Village proper, letting families experience a perfect blend of suburban and city life. Children from all over Pacific Palisades come to the Alphabet Streets to go trick or treating on Halloween.
