Villa d’Este Playa Vista
5935 Playa Vista Drive, Playa Vista, CA 90094
Villa d’Este Playa Vista is a 39-unit condo building located on Crescent Park. Originally built in 2004 by Warmington Homes, this building derives its inspiration from the Spanish colonial mansions of the 1920’s.
Converting these mansions into single-level and townhome style condominiums was the idea behind Villa d’Este. Some of the great design features from this era that are incorporated at Villa d’Este include turrets, spiral staircases, and arched and tiled alcoves.
Villa d’Este offers 3 different floor plans ranging in size from approx. 1,151 to 2,000 square feet (these plans differ in size). They offer 2 – 3 bedrooms and some include a loft as well. Many of these units have great balcony spaces that provide ample natural light into the condo.
There are 3 courtyards at Villa d’Este, including a palm court, a fountain court, and a citrus grove. Other amenities include tiled outdoor fireplaces and a controlled-access entryway. Parking is subterranean and residents typically get two spaces. Its sister building, Villa Savona, has a similar style.
All Playa Vista residents enjoy access to the local Beach Shuttle, and the proximity to LAX, Marina del Rey, etc.
The highly rated Playa Vista Elementary School is also located within Playa Vista, although admission to the school should be verified before buying or leasing in the community.
